New certification for our customers!

Fiduagraria S.A. has been granted recognition by Icontec for its commitment to the country in implementing a quality control system to evaluate and manage our performance in terms of quality and social satisfaction. This has allowed us to improve our performance and better respond to the needs and expectations of our customers, improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our services. This recognition was granted by integral certification under standard NTC GP 1000:2004 of all our processes: Management, Evaluation, Control, Mission-critical processes, and Support. “We are the first trust company certified under this standard”

We renewed our certification!

In 2005 Fiduagraria was awarded the certification under standard NTC ISO 9001:2000 for organization, commercialization, and provision of trust services in deposits, investments, payments, and assets management. In December of 2008 we renewed our certification, covering all of our services, and at the same time renewed our commitment to the satisfaction of our customers and our gratitude for the trust you place in us.
